Hemp protein matcha doughnuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbs coconut sugar
  • 1 tbs Hello Hemp matcha
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20g tbs nuttelex (softened)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp EVOO


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Mix matcha powder in warm almond milk
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and matcha milk in a large bowl
  4. Poor softened nuttelex, oil and vanilla extract into the mixture and beat to combine
  5. Spoon batter into greased doughnut tins and bake for ~ 10 minutes on 180C

I served mine with melted frozen raspberries 🤤🤤
