Ingredients:
- 2 cups wholemeal flour
- 2 tbs coconut sugar
- 1 tbs Hello Hemp matcha
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 20g tbs nuttelex (softened)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp EVOO
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Mix matcha powder in warm almond milk
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and matcha milk in a large bowl
- Poor softened nuttelex, oil and vanilla extract into the mixture and beat to combine
- Spoon batter into greased doughnut tins and bake for ~ 10 minutes on 180C
I served mine with melted frozen raspberries 🤤🤤
